The EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) process will be continuing for some time – possibly even years. Bokamoso will e-mail the status of the EIA process to all who have registered. In fact, anyone is welcome to submit comments to Bokamoso up until the Record of Decision (ROD) is given by the administering authority. Even then, if we are not happy with the ROD, we can appeal. All of this could postpone the whole project for a good year or even longer. It is possible that the administering authority will give a negative ROD and this will stop the project. In the event of a positive ROD and the City Council approving the township application, we still can resort to litigation. Please let your vote count!
