What do I do to raise a concern?

Is the security vehicle that drives around in the area available all the time?

· Yes, it is a dedicated vehicle only for our area 24/7, and the supervisor is trained and armed to respond in an emergency.

What about access tags?

· Phone the office to arrange new tags or arrange for faulty tags to be checked;

How much will my monthly Road closure and Security levy be?

· All homes in the area have a different levy structure which includes armed response to your home. Please contact the office for more detail;

How do I register to start contributing towards the Road Closure and Security levy?

· Phone the office and we will forward you information or download and complete the debit order form on the web. A monthly statement is sent to your e-mail address every month;

What is the speed limit?

· Many residents and children walk, ride their bicycles and play in the streets, please do exceed the required speed regulations of 40km/h;

Who maintains the parks and can anyone use them?

• The parks belong to the Council and the mowing of the grass is scheduled by them, however the committee takes pride in maintaining the newly planted trees and gardens in Juniper Park and residents of Baobab maintain the Baobab Park. The parks are for the use of residents and there are specific restrictions as to the use – no motorbikes, quad bikes and the like;
